Return Process

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the jewelry in its original designer packaging and include all certificates, warranty cards, and the packing slip in a secure shipping box.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
